Justin Justice

Justin has the privilege of intimately getting to know our partner companies on their turf, helping strategically shape and define their goals, evaluate their people and identify opportunities to make the often times hard choices, changes and commitment it takes to truly build a strong positive culture.

Coming from a long line of military service, Justin followed his family’s patriotism and proudly served 9 years in the U.S. Navy. He credits that service and the opportunity to gain an MBA it afforded him, with spring boarding his success as an executive leader in the for profit and nonprofit sectors. He translates his hard-won experience and knowledge into the business community to help organizations see clearer and grow faster.
