Jeff, a University of South Florida graduate with a degree in Marketing and a focus on interpersonal communication, brings over four decades of rich, diverse selling experience to the table. His career spans a vast array of sales environments, client types, and industries, ranging from short sales cycles to complex, high-ticket transactions. Whether it’s selling products that need little follow-up or services that require ongoing relationships to foster growth, Jeff has mastered both ends of the spectrum.
With expertise in both tangible and intangible goods, Jeff’s career has touched on everything from business products to medical devices, HR services, and medical equipment management. He’s navigated both the B2B and direct-to-consumer landscapes, adapting to different compensation structures, from salary-plus-commission to full commission and independent contractor status.
Jeff is no stranger to sophisticated sales tools, including CRM systems and intricate planning and reporting frameworks. His career also required him to maintain stringent compliance with federal regulations, all while meeting—and often exceeding—his sales goals.
For 15 consecutive years in his most recent role, Jeff earned top performer awards. His leadership roles included Field Trainer, National Sales Coach, and Adjunct Trainer for onboarding new hires. Most notably, he served as the Sales Advisory Lead, collaborating with the CEO and a select group of top performers to fine-tune sales strategies, assess competitive activity, and bridge the gap between Sales and Marketing to drive results.
