As a four-time successful entrepreneur, an executive leader in a national nonprofit, and as an executive coach, Ben has seen and felt the challenges of running a small business and a large organization. His nearly 30 years of professional experience in the trenches helps translate textbook theories into real-world best practices.
Not only does Ben work with current leaders and sales professionals, but also mentors the next generation of sales professionals as a Professor of Professional Selling at the University of North Florida and as the faculty advisor for the Osprey Sales Club. He also helps bridge the gap between college graduates and the business community as the faculty founder and leader of the Professional Selling Advisory Council at the University of North Florida and is a contributing author in the textbook, Leadership Strategies for the Hybrid Workforce: Best Practices for Fostering Employee Safety and Significance.
